RECIPE BELOW ⬇️👨🏾‍🍳

Chicken & Garlic Spinach Over Rice: 🍗

Ingredients:
Chicken (seasoned with salt, pepper, and herbs)
Butter (for cooking)
Garlic (minced)
Paprika
White wine
Heavy cream
Chicken broth (from cooking the chicken)
Fresh spinach
Fresh Parmesan cheese
Additional spices of your choice

Instructions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs. Sear in butter until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
In the same pan, use the broth from the chicken.
Add butter, garlic, paprika, white wine, heavy cream, and spices to the pan. Stir to combine.
Add fresh spinach and Parmesan cheese. Let it wilt and thicken into a creamy sauce.
Return the chicken to the pan and let everything settle together.

Lime Rice: 🍋‍🟩🍚
Chicken broth
Garlic (minced)
Butter
Black pepper
Chopped parsley
Fresh lime juice or zest (optional for extra kick)
Instructions: Cook rice using chicken broth instead of water, and stir in garlic, butter, black pepper, parsley, and a squeeze of fresh lime to finish.

WE’RE BACK!!!! We are KICKING IN THE KITCHEN! Today I am tackling one of my favorite, crowd pleasing recipes! You’ll be surprised how easy this dish is to make at home! This is Me vs. Buffalo Chicken Dip! 🍗🥘👨🏾‍🍳

🍴 Ingredients: (varies based on serving size)
1. Cream Cheese (8oz)
2. Sour Cream (2 cups)
3. Ranch dressing (to taste)
